All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout. International packages maybe subject to customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility to cover. Delivery times will depend on our mailing partners and due to Covid-19 they are experiencing severe shipping delays. Be patient, my friend! You will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves our facilities.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your candle in its original packaging to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to nebulacandle@gmaill.com within 4 days of arrival.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost on all returned items. Once we receive and inspect the condition of your item, you will receive an approval for your refund or exchange. Please, allow us 7 days after receiving the item to process your refund or exchange.
